Propane Price Cap Protection:
Derrer Oil & Propane offers its customers a propane price cap in order to provide price protection and great savings. Price cap protection service is automatically offered at no extra charge. The cap period goes from September 1st - March 31st. Most companies charge a fee for their cap, which can add 3-10 cents per gallon to the cost, but not at Derrer Oil. We remain committed to offering superior service at a competitive rate with "no hidden fees".
**You must have a 330, 500, or 1000 gallon tank and your account must be in good standing . You must also meet minimum usage requirements.**
Keep Full Program:
Our Keep Full Program is a special service to our customers, so that you can rest assured that your home heating needs are being taken care of. As part of the Keep Full Program our drivers will fill your tank on a regular basis using the temperature and your past usage patterns as a guide.
** Please note that our Keep Full cannot stay accurate if you do not notify us of changes in your usage patterns, or if you decide to deviate from your normal fill schedule. Additionally, if your bills are not paid within the credit terms, a Keep Full delivery will be held until payment is received. If you are going to be gone for an extended amount of time in the winter, please be sure to make arrangements for you drive to be cleared. We cannot be responsible for damage due to run-outs caused by changes in usage or inability to deliver due to weather conditions.**
Pre-Buy Program:
We offer the option to our customers to pre-buy their future propane needs at the beginning of the season. You can pre-buy up to the amount you used last year and it must be paid at the beginning of the season.
Summer Fill Program:
Our current customers are encouraged to take advantage of our low, summer propane pricing. All customers that meet the minimal annual usage requirements that are in good standing are eligible.
